Hat’s off to the newest Santa Hat dessert to hit the holiday food scene — the Chocolate Santa Mousse! We can’t wait to see what this HAT tastes like, after developing quite a fondness for Santa hats this week!

While we’ve already tried the Mickey Santa Hat Mousse, Mickey’s Santa Cupcake, Santa Hat Mickey Brownie, and our most recent obsession, Santa Hat Cotton Candy, right now, it’s the Chocolate Santa Mousse’s time to SHINE!

The Chocolate Santa Mousse features a dome of chocolate mousse resting on a soft chocolate cookie base, finished with a red-dyed white chocolate mirror glaze and little milk chocolate Mickey ears!

Oh — and we almost forgot to mention! At first, we thought his little pompom on top was a marshmallow, but when we bit into it we quickly realized it was a thick ball of fondant! We would’ve much preferred a marshmallow instead, but oh wells!

The Chocolate Santa Mousse was super rich and chocolatey! And while the cookie bottom was very soft, the mousse had a nice creamy texture! We think chocolate lovers would especially love this little Santa hat treat! Plus, how can you resist a sweet when it’s this adorable?!
