Chilaquiles con Pollo at Jardin de Fiestas
Ladies and Gentlemen, start your munchers! We’re kicking things off with a taste of Mexico at the Jardin de Fiestas food booth! Although this booth has been at the Flower and Garden Festival for a loooong time, this year they’ve rolled out a brand new menu! When we first locked eyes with the Chilaquiles con Pollo for $7, it was love at first sight!
The portion of this plate of food is HUMUNGOUS! And the “brick” (albeit a delicious one!) is made from layers of Chipotle-braised Chicken and Tortillas served with Salsa Ranchera, Monterey Jack Cheese, Crema Mexicana and Guajillo Cheese on top. It totally reminded us of a Mexican lasagna and it’s easily shareable!

Southern Seafood Boil at Magnolia Terrace
We’re staying in the South with our next selection which can be found over at Epcot’s all-new Flower and Garden food booth — Magnolia Terrace! It’s called the Southern Seafood Boil and normally costs $8, making this one a GREAT VALUE for your DDP snack credits!
We’re rarely at a loss for words, but whenever someone puts a bowl full of Shrimp, Mussels, Crawfish, Potatoes, Corn and Andouille Sausage in front of us that looks THIS good, we totally clam up! 😉 Ours could’ve used a little more Cajun seasoning, but we loved how this bowl seemed to feature a little bit of EVERYTHING! Variety is the spice of life, after all!

Grilled Chicken Ravioli at Primavera Kitchen
There’s really only one food that rivals our love for cheese, and that’s PASTA! And when in Rome (or Italy’s Pavilion at the very least), we often find ourselves in need of a noodly fix! This year, Primavera Kitchen is serving up a Grilled Chicken Ravioli that is making us swoon!
Normally the Grilled Chicken Ravioli costs $9, but believe it or not — this one’s actually snack credit ELIGIBLE! Snackin’ on ravioli sounds like a pretty good time to us! Especially when they’re smothered in a rich, creamy Pesto Sauce! Don’t worry — there are some Spring Vegetables mixed in there too!

Salmon Flower Ikura at Hanami
This next item might be the prettiest way to spend your DDP snack credit! We’re talking about Hanami’s new Salmon Flower Ikura. Check out how it’s plated — we mean POTTED!
For $8.25, you’ll receive Fresh-cut Salmon “flower”, topped with Salmon Roe, Spinach and Watermelon Radish, served over a bed of Chilled Ramen Noodles tossed with Poke Sauce! Even though you could probably stare at its beauty all day long, you’ll want to eat it rather quickly before the Florida heat gets to it!
Check out what we’d get again at Hanami HERE!
Harissa Chicken Kebab at Taste of Marrakesh
If you seek maximum yumminess, check out the Harissa Chicken Kebab in Morrocco’s Pavilion! This tasty skewered meat is served with a side of Dried Fruit Couscous Salad thats drizzled with Cilantro Oil!
It’s certainly not as Insta-famous as the Salmon Flower Ikura is sure to be, but the flavors are on point and for a snack credit value worth $8, we’d definitely snag it!

Popsicle Trio at Refreshment Port
Now you may wonder why an item that only costs $5 has made it onto our best snack credit value list, but hear us out! This dessert is literally a three-for-one!
Normally you can only get one Mickey Ice Cream Bar or one frozen treat with a DDP snack credit — but those were the olden days! For just a single snack credit, you’ll get a Honeydew, Raspberry-Mint, and Coconut-Lime popsicle! We wish all our our favorite Disney snacks could come in threes, but for now, the Popsicle Trio will do nicely!

Lobster Tail at The Citrus Blossom
If you thought snackin’ on ravioli was impressive, you’ll want to sit down for what we have to share with you next! You can actually score a Lobster Tail with your DDP snack credit! Yes, Disney World considers LOBSTER as a SNACK!
It’s served with a Lemon Emulsion and wedge of Grilled Lemon! We bet you’ll feel like quite the DDP snack bigshot for picking this Lobster Tail worth a value of $8.25!

Seared Scallops at Northern Bloom
But the seafood snacks don’t stop there — not when the Seared Scallops from Northern Bloom are ALSO snack credit eligible!
These beauties would normally set you back $7, but throw a snack credit at them, and they’re YOURS! They’re plated with French Green Beans, Butter Potatoes, Brown Butter Vinaigrette, and Apple-wood Smoked Bacon making for one super POSH snack! Aren’t you fancy?
We’ve eaten EVERYTHING at Northern Bloom! See our full REVIEW here!
Sugar Cane Shrimp Skewer at La Isla Fresca
Sadly, La Isla Fresca hasn’t opened yet this year with the rest of the Flower and Garden food booths, but we expect it’ll be churning out its Caribbean cuisine any day now! When they do open, we’ll be among the first in line to get their famous Sugar Cane Shrimp Skewer! It’s been a hit of theirs for years!
Served with a bed of Steamed Rice and Coconut Lime Sauce, the Sugar Cane Shrimp Skewer is a value of $7 and is a great use of your snack credit — especially if you have a fondness for tropical flavors!
