The Hollywood Reporter has announced yet another live-action remake of a Disney animated film, surely with its sights set to “go the distance.”

The Russo Brothers, the power duo behind some of Marvel’s most successful films, are set to produce the next installment in the live-action remake series: Hercules!

The film is set to be written by Shang-Chi writer Dave Callaham. It is reported that the Russo Brothers are set as producers and will not direct this project, although a director has yet to be announced. With a team of Marvel creatives “assembling” behind this project, we have a feeling it’ll be action-packed!

While we are also looking forward to the heart-pounding action in the live-action remake of Mulan, which saw its opening date get pushed back until July, we now get to look forward to another live-action remake!
