Disney World recently sent out guest surveys about the parks and announced new precautions for future visitors.
Although Disney World is still closed until further notice, analysts predict the parks could be open as early as July.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, analyst Bernie McTernan from Rosenblatt Securities stated that Disney Would could possibly open in late July.
Shanghai Disneyland plans to reopen this week with queue and ride distancing, new parade procedures, temperature and QR checks, and more. McTernan predicts that if Disney World follows similar guidelines, parks in the U.S. could open later this summer.
Although other analysts have predicted opening dates later in the fall, McTernan’s prediction suggests a July 22nd re-opening date. Disney Springs has started Disney World’s phased reopening with third-party stores and restaurants, but Disney has not released a date for projected park openings.
With no Disney World park opening dates on the calendar just yet, Disney Resort hotels are not listing reservations until July 1st at the earliest. We’ll keep you updated with more information!

We originally schedule a Disney World vacation for the first week of April 2020, but then scheduled for the first week of November 2020. We’re hoping Cirque du Soleil will be back to perform by then. If not, we may consider rescheduling again for April 2021.
Disney please, please, please, please open as soon as possible!!!
Hi!! We have a trip from June 2-9. If the resorts are open then, We will still go even if the parks are not open. We figured we can still enjoy a resort stay without visiting the parks.
Yes a family trip booked for last 2 weeks in august coming from UK, the only good thing the kids donāt know we are going so if we donāt get to travel we donāt have bad news for them,
Hi. Are there any updates known about food and wine festival and booking dates ? Thanks
Weāre still holding out for a Thanksgiving Week trip. Iāll reschedule if I need to, but Iām hoping for the best.
How can WDW expect itās guests to wear face masks in the Florida summer heat and humidity? I have a Disney Vacation with my entire family for August. I
I’m from Canada and was planning a trip early august with my family… I’m realy anxious to know if we will be able to go… This is realy stressfull…
We currently have a trip booked from July 19 through July 25 for our daughterās birthday. We are really torn about whether or not to reschedule the trip.
We are due to arrive at WDW on July 24th. We will just have to watch all of this play out and make a decision down the line.
Love me some Disney BUT I think I will have to wait until we get a vaccine. So sad abou it but better safe than sorry ! Donāt give up on us Mickey we will be back !!š
Is it wise to go to “Disney parks” for me NO I will wait to next July sound good š for me ! To spend this kind of money high price money š° for tickets I do not think so ! God bless who go sooner or later !š£
Hmmm… we have reservations at WDW from 7/18-7/27.
Not sure how I feel about possibly being in the first wave.
Yes September 4-14 at boardwalk
Are there any predations on when the parks might open to international tourists? Iām meant to travel over in September from Ireland and my boyfriend and I are on edge about whether we should cancel or risk it.
I am scheduled to visit July 5-13 with my family, in laws and mom. Seeing as my Father inLaw is older (70s) we are thinking we will put it off but waiting closer to see if it is open and what Disney will use as preventatives.
We plan to go July 26 August 2. Have our granddaughter flying from Maryland and we are flying from Colorado to meet at the airport then on to Disney world. Hope, hope, hope!!!
There are more politics involved in the reopening that there is health concerns. I dont think the resorts will be opening until parks are. We have had our reservations to stay at the Disney Military resort Shades of Green, pushed back three times. But they did take our reservations only to cancel them three times. Now we are set for weekend of10 July.
