While Disney incorporates some AWESOME technological features into its parks, mishaps and glitches are bound to happen at some point or another.
Recently, we’ve seen Rise of the Resistance shut down multiple times, a Splash Mountain log flume boat sink, and a few other problems around Disney World. But, today, it looks like the Disney World app — My Disney Experience — is having a few technical difficulties of its own!
After a few readers reached out to let us know they were having trouble accessing their Plans on the app, we accessed My Disney Experience to find a notice that some of Disney’s “digital experiences may be unavailable at this time.”
Disney is working on fixing the problems on My Disney Experience app at the moment. However, if you’re experiencing difficulties, you may try to use a computer to access your plans, or access your account via web browser on a mobile device if you’re in the parks. If you cannot use either, be sure to stop by a Guest Service kiosk in the parks for help from a Cast Member! We’ll make sure to keep you updated on the situation throughout the day.
