It’s no secret that we have a special place in our heart for the School Bread from Kringla Bakeri og Kafe at EPCOT’s World Showcase.

However, when Disney World reopened, Kringla Bakeri og Kafe didn’t (😢). And there was no School Bread to be seen anywhere! NOOOOOOO!!!!

But we cheered joyfully when we recently discovered School Bread being sold at the cart in front of the Norway Pavilion! And that version had a white chocolate Olaf topper!

But someone else is now claiming the TOP spot on School Bread right now. It’s Bruni, the salamander, from Frozen 2!

For those who don’t understand the wonderfulness that is school bread, let us describe it for you. School Bread is a fluffy sweet roll filled with custard and dipped in coconut and pretty much the stuff of our happy snack dreams! It’s currently $4.25 at the cart.
