Review: This Tasty Red Velvet Cupcake Got a Holiday Makeover in Disney World!

It may only be early November, but we are checking out ALL the holiday snacks in Disney World already!

HOLIDAY TREATS!

Eggnog fudge: done! Gingerbread cookie: check. Next on our list: a red velvet holiday cupcake, which we spotted at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Is this treat worth a special trip or is it a total skip?

Well, before we get into taste, we have to say this cupcake is festive, fun, and totally cute!

It’s a red velvet cupcake topped with red, green, and white icing. It’s also got chocolate ears and an adorable red bow on the top.

But, is this cupcake something you NEED to get the next time you’re in Disney World? Well, if you LOVE red velvet cupcakes and you want something with a holiday twist, this might be a good treat for you. It’s cute and yummy, but overall is not anything super special. It’s a typical Disney confectionery case cupcake, which is tasty, no doubt, but isn’t really unique.

Make no mistake, this cupcake is still good. It just isn’t anything terribly different than what you could get normally, save for the special decorations. But, if you love red velvet and you’re looking for a simple, solid treat, now you can get this one with a little bit of a holiday makeover!

We found it at Bayview Gifts in Disney’s Contemporary Resort for $5.19.
