NEWS: Yorkshire County Fish Shop Is Expected to be Open Daily in EPCOT!

You’ve got the Fish & Chips ears and the rest of the Fish & Chips merchandise collection, now all you need is…some hot & fresh, actual fish & chips!

Well, if you’re like us, you’ll probably want to head directly to Yorkshire County Fish Shop in the United Kingdom pavilion in EPCOT for this delicious treat. This spot was previously only open on the weekends, but now it looks like things are changing!

As we made our way around EPCOT, snacking on all the yummy treats from the 2020 Taste of EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, we went over to the United Kingdom pavilion and found that…Yorkshire County Fish Shop was open TODAY…on a Wednesday!

Since this spot had previously only been open during the weekends we were very surprised! We spoke to a Cast Member there who said today is the first weekday they’ve been open and the Cast Member was told the restaurant will remain open. So, it appears Yorkshire County Fish Shop may start to be open daily now! We’ll definitely check back on another weekday to see if there is any update.

This spot recently changed its fish & chips recipe, but it was still ABSOLUTELY delicious the last time we had it, and we can’t wait to now have more opportunities to get this dish over and over again!

We’ve seen this change from weekend only to daily service made recently at a few spots around Disney World including The Lunching Pad in Magic Kingdom, Kringla Bakeri go Kafe at the Norway pavilion in EPCOT, and Sommerfest at the Germany pavilion in EPCOT. We’ll definitely keep an eye out for more updates to see if other restaurants start increasing their availability as well. More food = more fun, right?!
