We’re not going to lie — EPCOT is a PARADISE for foodies, and there is SO much to choose from!

But some of our favorite ice cream treats there come from L’Artisan des Glaces at the France Pavilion. We’re talking about gingerbread ice cream, ice cream martinis, and a pressed brioche ice cream sandwich! Just YUM!

One of our favorite snacks from there is the Raspberry Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich, but it’s pretty much a seasonal item, so it hasn’t been available for a little while. However, we are very happy to report that it’s back!!! It’s a Raspberry Macaron filled with Raspberry Sorbet Swirled with Vanilla Ice Cream. Oh, yeah!

We’ve always loved this pretty treat. The soft macaron holds together really well, even filled with ice cream, and the sorbet and ice cream blend together perfectly. SO yummy.
