Disney’s resort pools have seen a lot of construction recently.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
Currently, the Big Blue Pool at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort and the Paddock Pool at Saratoga Springs are undergoing construction, with refurbishment to soon begin at Pop Century’s Hippy Dippy Pool. And now, another pool will close for work, too!
At Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, the Samawati Springs Pool in Kidani Village will be closed from January 2022 through April 2022. Disney’s website has been updated to confirm this anticipated construction.

Uzima Springs Pool at Jambo House will remain open, so guests at the resort can enjoy their pool time there.
