And beignets are a BIG deal over on the West Coast at Disneyland. Not only can you get Mickey-shaped beignets (at least when the parks are open), but you can also get some yummy beignets at Downtown Disney at Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen.

Ralph Brennan’s has really been upping its beignet game, too, with delicious dipping sauces and new flavors! But they just announced the marriage of a favorite cookie flavor with a beignet and we are ALL ABOUT IT right now. Meet the Snickerdoodle Glazed Beignet. SAY WHAT?

This beautiful creation is a beignet with a cookie butter icing (!!!) that’s dusted with cinnamon sugar. Our mouths are watering just thinking about it. And it’s available now at both Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen and Jazz Kitchen Express. So if you’re in the area, go get yourself a little bite of New Orleans happy and tell them Tiana sent you.
