NEW Virtual Queue Announced for Disney Springs

Lorcana is a super popular Disney-themed trading card game. Your favorite Disney heroes and villains are being attacked, and it’s up to you to save them! The game features iconic Disney characters like Mickey and Friends and princesses, but has expanded to include recent hits like Monsters, Inc. and Turning Red.

Lorcana releases at World of Disney in Disney Springs have been super popular, with one drop’s standby line reaching a four-hour wait! In response to the trading card game’s popularity, Disney is implementing a virtual queue for this weekend’s Lorcana drop.

On Friday, October 16th, 2026, a virtual queue will be in place for Disney Lorcana at World of Disney at Disney Springs. To get the new Lorcana drop, enter using the My Disney Experience app at 6 AM on October 16th. You must be within 45 miles of Disney Springs to join the virtual queue. If you’re already at Disney Springs, you’ll find multiple signboards with QR codes you can scan to go directly to the page.

You need to use the My Disney Experience app to join the queue, and a standby line will not be used. Each Guest may request to enter the virtual queue no more than once, using their own boarding pass, and you can’t join as part of a party.

Once your boarding group is called, you’ll have 60 minutes to return. Late arrivals might not be able to purchase the Lorcana drop. Additionally, joining the virtual queue does not guarantee the purchase of the featured Disney Lorcana merchandise as part of the event. There’s a purchase limit of 2 units of the featured item per guest, while supplies last.

This weekend’s new Lorcana drop includes the Disney Lorcana: Hyperia City set and the special Disney Lorcana Curator’s Collection: Beauty and the Beast Edition, alongside the I2I Foil Playmat on Friday, October 16th, 2026.
