Lorcana releases at World of Disney in Disney Springs have been super popular, with one drop’s standby line reaching a four-hour wait! In response to the trading card game’s popularity, Disney is implementing a virtual queue for this weekend’s Lorcana drop.

Breea loves Lorcana!
Lorcana has a super strong presence in the EPCOT Festival of the Arts, with some limited-time events and a festival-exclusive Figment card. I really want to get into Lorcana before the festival starts on January 15th, but the game is big enough that it’s a little intimidating as a beginner. But Lorcana is so popular that it’s causing chaos at in-person events. The Lorcana pre-release at Disney Springs yesterday was so popular that the police were called in for crowd control, and the hours-long line was so long that we saw someone ordering DoorDash to keep their spot. But somehow, the Lorcana pre-release in London, England, yesterday was even MORE crowded!
If you’re in Disney World right now and planning to head to Disney Springs to start your morning, we need to issue a MAJOR warning.

This morning, though? Something is happening that’s likely to affect practically everyone heading into the area. It’s causing a TON of traffic and chaos, so beware.
