We are happily HOPPING into Spring in Disney World, my friends!
So far, we’ve tried some tasty (and, frankly, ADORABLE) spring snacks, and we’re busy scoping out the Disney character Easter Eggs around EPCOT as the Egg-stravaganza Scavenger Hunt kicks off today! Another special spring tradition in Disney World is the displaying of artistic (and edible!) Easter Eggs in select Disney World Resort hotels. And we’re letting you know where you can find them all this year!
Disney pastry chefs create some EGG-stra special creations with chocolate Easter Eggs that are truly works of art. And if you can carve out some time during your Spring trip to see some, you won’t regret it!
We’re including a few pictures of displays from previous years so you can get an idea of what’s in store. But we’ve already been able to see a few of this year’s eggs, too, and can guarantee that they are EGG-straordinary!
Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort
There are several spots to spy eggs around Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club. In fact, we’ve already spotted some in the Beach Club lobby!
You can bet we’ll be back with a photo tour of all the Eggs for you soon! In the meantime, you should know that they’re available for viewing now through April 4th.
Disney’s BoardWalk Inn
Guests can visit the BoardWalk Inn lobby area to see this year’s display starting late next week!
The display will be available from March 26th – April 4th.
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort
The Grand Floridian Easter Egg display is a truly GRAND tradition, and this year the Eggs will be presented in a somewhat different manner.
Rather than having all of the Easter Eggs front and center in the lobby, this year guests will find eggs in three areas of the Resort: the lobby, the concierge level, and the lobby for the Grand Floridian Café.
We just so happened to see the take on Renoir’s Dance at Bougival painted in chocolate during our visit yesterday!
You can see them through April 4th.
Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort
Stop by the Carriage House from April 1st – 11th to enjoy the Saratoga Springs Resort Easter Egg display!
While this picture below is obviously NOT of an Easter Egg 😉 , this photo of the Resort’s holiday Gingerbread House display can give you an idea of the artistic talent behind the seasonal creations.
So, HOP to it and join a very special Easter Egg hunt of your own as you enjoy these annual displays around Disney World over the next few weeks!
