Then you may want to head over to Gideon’s Bakehouse! This Disney Springs spot has been bringing it with their cookie, cake, and cold-brew game since they opened just a few months ago. But if you’re planning on getting through those tall doors, you’re gonna have to seriously plan ahead. Gideon’s has implemented a virtual queue to manage demand, and now, there’s been an important change to that process!
Previously, guests would join the Gideon’s virtual queue to the left of the building. Now, that location has MOVED. You’ll find the Gideon’s employee with the tablet ready to sign ya up to the right of the building, right underneath Gideon’s Gargoyle!

The virtual queue process is quick ‘n’ easy: you’ll sign up with that employee, and you’ll get a text when it’s your turn to get snackin’! Keep in mind that the wait can — and often does — get super long, so you’ll want to have a few Disney Springs activities in mind to keep you busy in the meantime. And we’ve got plenty of tips to help you out, too!
