Soooo many restaurants have been reopening at Disney World lately!
From the return of fine dining like Citricos to fan-favorite quick service spots like Casey’s Corner, our inner foodie is freaking out! We recently found out that even MORE restaurants will be reopening soon, including Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort! And you can book your reservations RIGHT NOW!
Toledo will officially reopen on August 5th, but reservations are open NOW! Go ahead and book a table if you want to enjoy a meal with those gorgeous rooftop views.
Toledo is a Spanish-inspired restaurant located at the top of Coronado Springs Resort’s Gran Destino Tower. It has GIANT windows that you can even see the EPCOT fireworks from!
The restaurant will be serving dinner when it reopens, which includes several tapas on the menu like Rioja-braised Chorizo, Charred Octopus, Pan con Tomate, or the Flight of Four Pinxtos. You can also get The Spaniard for Two, which is a selection of charcuterie and cheeses for $35.
Instead of deciding on everything you should order, let the chef help you out! The Chef’s Signature Dinner for Two is $129 and includes the Flight of Four Pinxtos, The Spaniard for two, Chuletón Bone-In Rib-Eye, and ‘The Toledo Tapas Bar Dessert.’
Or try things like the Marinated Hanger Steak, Rioja-braised Chicken, Brick Oven Cauliflower, or Scallops!
You can also choose from several sides, like Roasted Tomato Bomba Rice, Brussles Sprouts, or Blistered Shishito Peppers. For dessert, enjoy treats like the Classic Crema Catalana or ‘Cafe con Leche’ Choux.
There are options for kids, too! They can get either the Toledo Greens Salad or Hummus, Carrot Sticks, and Crackers for an appetizer and entrees include options like steak, fish, chicken, or shrimp!
We can’t wait to get back here and try some returning favorites like the Chocolate-Avocado Mousse…
…and the Patatas Bravas!
We’ll be at Toledo when it reopens to give you a FULL review of the returning restaurant! Stay tuned to DFB for more Disney dining news and updates.
