The phone number you have listed cannot sell tickets – at least on the first day for those with reservations at one of the WDw hotels.
I spoke with two Cast Members this morning and they both told me that I needed to speak with a reservation specialist.
I called, was on hold for 52 minutes, had my call disconnected. Called back, got the first CM after 10 minutes, somehow got the second CM who then set me up for a 90 minute wait.
Was anle to get my tickets. The link on the WDW website kept showing ‘404’ Error.
I spent just under three hours on the phone. I began calling at 6am CDT.
Please let people know to call the Reservation phone number.
