Here at DFB, you know we’re all about some delicious Disney food!
We’ve enjoyed many tasty meals in the past few months as Disney World continues to reopen many of the restaurants that were previously closed. We’ve dined at ‘Ohana, Trail’s End Restaurant, Casey’s Corner, and many other spots recently. But now another fan-favorite restaurant will be reopening soon at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge!
Boma — Flavors of Africa is located at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge — Jambo House, and guests will soon be able to enjoy a meal here once again! According to Disney, Boma will reopen this Friday, August 20th! Reservations for the restaurant open on August 18th.
Previously, Boma was a buffet. We’re on the lookout for details about what its reopening menu will include and how the meal will be served.
So far, Disney has shared a few photos in anticipation of Boma’s reopening showing some of those signature carved meats…
…some tasty dishes…
…unique desserts (peep the Zebra Domes)…
…and some drinks and a souvenir Lion King cup, all of which should be available at this spot when it reopens.
We’ll be visiting Boma soon to give you a full review, so stay tuned for that. And be sure to check back with us for all the latest news and updates on Disney World dining.
