If you’re a coffee lover, you probably have a favorite spot in Disney World to grab a cup of Joe!
Whether you’re a fan of the many Joffrey’s or Starbucks locations, or enjoy more specialty brews like those over at Gideon’s Bakehouse, there is something for every kind of coffee lover in Disney. It’s exciting when there are new things to try out at these coffee spots, and we recently found two NEW items over at Starbucks in Disney World!
We heard there were some new Starbucks items on the menu, so we headed over to Main Street Bakery in Magic Kingdom to check ’em out.
First up, we have the new Lime-Frosted Coconut Bar! This is a combination of coconut and oatmeal with mini white chocolate chips, topped with real cream-cheese lime frosting, then drizzled with a white-chocolate coating and sprinkled with coconut.
This was pretty tasty! The bar is moist and tastes like a sugar cookie — the coconut isn’t overpowering. The coconut flakes in the dough add a nice texture and slight crunch.
The lime frosting on top just had the essence of lime, so we think it could’ve had a little more flavor. It isn’t sour at all, so we would’ve enjoyed if it were a bit more tart like lime flavor can be!
Overall, the flavors were pretty subtle and we wish they were stronger. They didn’t really stand out. Instead, they just kind of melded into the sugar cookie flavor of the bar.
If you enjoy the texture of a shortbread and coconut, and don’t like overpowering flavors, you should try this out! But, if you’re a big lime fan and like the more zesty and flavorful treats, we would skip this and try something else.
Get the bar for yourself for $3.49!
Next, we got the new Chocolate Cream Cold Brew. This is just a traditional Starbucks Cold Brew coffee, but it has Chocolate Cream Cold Foam on top!
This is a great drink if you like the flavor of coffee and aren’t a fan of sweet coffees. The chocolate in the Cold Foam is very subtle, and the flavor kind of reminded us of a hot chocolate flavor.
The dominant flavor here is definitely the strong Cold Brew. If you love coffee, this is delicious!
However, we do wish the chocolate flavor was more prominent so it could add more to the drink.
So, if you’re expecting a strong, sweet chocolate flavor, skip this one.
You can get the Chocolate Cream Cold Brew for $4.99.

I just had these exact two new items this morning! I agree with your review and would add the bar is tiny. The drink is malty. Of course, both are overpriced at $3.25 for the bar and $4.75 for the 12ioz drink). I’d like the drink to be more chocolatey and the bar to be more oaty (but yes, also more limey).
