Let’s be honest — Disney days start early, end late, and involve more walking than a half marathon in mouse ears. Whether you’re fueling up for rope drop or need an afternoon pick-me-up between Lightning Lane reservations, you’re gonna need a solid coffee plan. That’s where we come in. From Magic Kingdom to the Yacht Club, these are the best places to grab a cup that’s worth the hype (and the price tag).
No Disney day has truly begun until we’ve had a sip of some glorious, magical coffee. (Listen, if you’ve talked to me in the mornings you know just how magical coffee can be and that the aforementioned statement isn’t all that dramatic.)
Does your Disney day begin at Starbucks?
While the DFB team is pretty divided between whether Joffrey’s or Starbucks takes the cake on being the ideal stop for coffee on a day in the parks, I’d have to argue that Starbucks is just better. If you’re also team Starbies and are planning on swinging by today, you’re going to want to keep reading!
For the first time in our lives, we were hesitant to visit Starbucks.
We LOVE Starbucks!
Usually, we’re practically drooling at the thought of a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew or a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. However, we went to Starbucks today on a mission to try something new. Not just any ol’ menu item that we’d never had before, but an item NEW to the Starbucks menus entirely. We knew that it was being tested at a few Starbucks locations across the U.S., but now it’s available in 15 U.S. states, which we’ll talk about later! Yep, it’s those controversial Oleato drinks.
Today, we’re trying olive oil coffee.

Does your Disney day always begin with coffee?
As many of you probably already know, Joffrey’s Coffee and Tea Company is a fan-favorite spot in the parks and in Disney Springs to grab a cup of hot or iced coffee or tea. They also typically have some pretty yummy treats available, like donuts and muffins. You can even grab bags of the Disney specialty blend coffee both in person and online so that your morning cup of caffeine is extra magical. However, the cool stuff about Joffrey’s doesn’t end there.
If you love Joffrey’s, The Little Mermaid, and a cup of caffeinated magic to kickstart your morning routine, you’re in luck!
Is it ever a bad time for coffee?
Joffrey’s Coffee and Tea Company (yep, the same one from the Disney parks) has an online collection that features Disney-inspired coffee blends that you can enjoy from your own kitchen. There’s a new blend in town, and if you love all things ‘under the sea,’ this could be the blend for you!

Whether you’re a fan of the many Joffrey’s or Starbucks locations, or enjoy more specialty brews like those over at Gideon’s Bakehouse, there is something for every kind of coffee lover in Disney. It’s exciting when there are new things to try out at these coffee spots, and we recently found two NEW items over at Starbucks in Disney World!
EPCOT is undergoing a BIG transformation right now that includes new rides, restaurants, stores, and more.

We’ve already seen some of the new stuff open up, like a revamped Club Cool and a new flagship store. Disney announced previously that a new quick service food location would be coming to the park called Connections Cafe & Eatery. We’ve been tracking the progress of the new spot, and were waiting for an official opening date, but we don’t have to wait any longer because it is NOW OPEN! [Read more…]
