Release DATE For New ‘Zootopia+’ Series on Disney+!

It feels like we constantly share release dates for new Disney projects!

Back in 2020, it was announced at Disney Investor’s Day that many new series would be coming soon. The first of those series is Baymax! which will be released ahead of the rest late this month. We’ve yet to hear release dates for the spin-offs of Moana and Princess and the Frog, but we’re excited to share that the Zootopia series now has an official release date!

According to IMDB, we can expect Zootopia+ to hit Disney+ on November 9th, 2022! Disney has not mentioned if the whole series will drop at once, or if episodes will be released weekly.

Zootopia+ will follow the lives of many habitants of the city, not just Judy and Nick like in the film. The series is an anthology, containing 6 installments that will each follow a different character and use unique forms of storytelling. We also know that there will be multiple shows inside the show, two of them titled “The Real Mousewives of Little Rotentia,” and “So You Think You Can Prance”, according to SlashFilm.
