What better way to round out your day in the Magic Kingdom than with some fireworks?
Disney Enchantment, the Magic Kingdom’s fireworks debuted in October in celebration of Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration, replacing the previous show, Happily Ever After. Since then, the show has happened once per night (though the time varies depending on the park hours), but for a limited time, it looks like that is changing!
Enchantment currently has two showtimes listed on the Disney World website. You can catch it at 9:20PM (its usually scheduled time) and again at 11PM.
This is just for a limited time because by July 25th, the fireworks are back to only one showtime per night at 9:20PM. We’ll be sure to keep an eye on the Disney website to see if the second showtimes is added to any other dates in the future. Disney did not share a reason for the added showtime.
Enchantment is an immersive fireworks show that incorporates projections on Cinderella Castle as well as projections all down Main Street, U.S.A. into the show. It includes music from popular Disney movies like Moana, Frozen, and Princess and the Frog.
And Enchantment is the only Disney fireworks you can catch nightly. Over at EPCOT, you can watch Harmonious which features choreographed set pieces, lighting effects, and fireworks.

I’ll trade you a week’s worth of Enchantments for one Happily Ever After.
MK Fireworks are amazing but do you all do “what if we are late to the best viewing, or if busy” guide? I was there this past Saturday and got stuck on a ride. We tried to make our way to a good or semi good spot to see the the fireworks but got stuck in a wave of cast members just waving flashlights, like saying “better viewing down here” what actually was happening was this was making the crowd actually head to the exit. When families tried to stop and catch up with one another the Cast members just shouted “KEEP MOVING” “DO NOT STOP” there were kids crying, familes being seperated and people very confused as the fireworks boomed over head. It was the most un disney experience I have ever witnessed. Although I knew what was happening as we moved behind Main Street to the bottom, many kids and new to the park did not. It would be helpful maybe to do a “beware of ” type thing for those trying to make there way from Fronteir Land to the viewing area. Or other such things.
