Sometimes we find treats in Disney World that make us do a double-take.
We love finding snacks that we love, like the Strawberry and Lime Eclair we just tried at Cheshire Cafe, but sometimes, there are snacks that don’t exactly hit the mark for us. And we may have just found another one of those treats over at Pinocchio Village Haus.Â
While walking around Magic Kingdom today, we saw that a traditional Honey and Cinnamon Baklava was on the menu at Pinocchio Village Haus for $6.29, so we wanted to try it out! It looks like this treat has replaced the Tres Leches Cake that was previously here.
We found that this treat tastes a lot like Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal! The portion size is good for the price and could honestly be split between two people…if it wasn’t so hard to cut.
There was no additional honey on this treat like we had seen in the photo, which would have helped the dryness a bit. To like this treat, you’ll have to really be a fan of baklava and cinnamon flavors. If you’re not a fan of either, or just don’t have a very adventurous palate, we suggest you skip this one! We think there are better desserts in this park overall.
With the 4th Of July weekend starting, we suggest trying some other new treats to the parks like the Magic Kingdom Club Éclair, the new 4th of July Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich, or the new cookies coming to Gideon’s Bakehouse this month!
