Happy Holidays from Disney World!

Nowhere else are the holidays more visible than in Magic Kingdom, where the giant tree greets us every morning when we head towards Main Street, U.S.A., where we see holiday merchandise in almost every shop, and where we have started trying out all the fun holiday snacks. Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe

We might have been a little skeptical when we tried the Plant-Based Patty Melt, but this sandwich won us over quickly! It’s a plant-based burger with vegan cheese and coleslaw on top, sandwiched between two pieces of toasted bread and with fries as a side for $12.79. It’s DELICIOUS!

There’s a new chicken sandwich in Disney World — and it’s pretty tasty. It’s the Rocket Hot Chicken Sandwich — it’s made with a Spicy Fried Chicken sandwich topped with Pickle Slaw and Sonny Eclipse Rocket Aïoli on a Brioche Bun with your choice of a side (we went with fries).

The only thing is it’s not really THAT hot, but we still found it tasty. So don’t be fooled by the name, thinking it’s spicy because it isn’t. Get it now for $12.59.

There’s a new addition to the Annual Passholder entrance — you’ll notice that one turnstile is gold.

However, this turnstile is part of a new system Disney World is trying out, and it’s a little slow. So for now, you might want to avoid it.

All the gold 50th anniversary statues now have holiday messages when you use your MagicBand+ with them!
