Disney Cruises are a great way for you to experience the magical environment of Disney while also traveling to some fun destinations!
We’ve checked out a lot of the cool offerings on the ships, like exclusive dining and entertainment, attractions, and even some fun themed days at sea. And, if you’re looking to plan a Disney cruise in 2024, we’ve got some good news for ya!
Disney Cruise Line is returning to the Caribbean in early 2024! The destinations include Mexico, the Bahamas, and Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay. Cruises will be saying from two home ports in Florida, as well as out of Texas, Louisiana, and California.
The Disney Dream will start 2024 with an assortment of three- and four-night getaways to the Bahamas, as well as five-night vacations to the western Caribbean.
The Disney Wish will start 2024 with three- and four-night voyages to Nassau, Bahamas, and Castaway Cay, and will be departing from Port Canaveral, Florida.
Also leaving from Port Canaveral is the Disney Fantasy, which will have seven-night sailings to both the eastern and western Caribbean. Eastern Caribbean cruises will visit Tortola and St. Thomas, and western Caribbean cruises will stop at Cozumel, Mexico; Grand Cayman; and Falmouth, Jamaica.
Note that ALL of the cruise sailings leaving from Florida will include a stop at Castaway Cay.
The Disney Magic will have two limited-time engagements in Galveston, Texas in early 2024. The ship will have trips ranging in length from four to six nights through the end of January. In February, the Magic will be leaving out of New Orleans with four-, five-, and seven-night cruises to the Caribbean. Then, between March and April, the ship will sail out of Galveston again for cruises ranging from four to seven nights in the western Caribbean.
Finally, the Disney Wonder will return from its first season in Australia and New Zealand to arrive in San Diego in March 2024. From there, it will have three- to seven-night voyages to Mexico, including the Baja peninsula. Some of the locations you could visit include Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, and Ensenada, along with Catalina Island in California.
These cruises will open up for booking to the general public on December 15th! So, you can go ahead and start planning your vacation very, very soon!
However, if you’re a Platinum Castaway Club Member or a Golden Oak Club Member, you can book beginning on Monday, December 12th. If you’re a Gold Castaway Club Member, book starting December 13th, and Silver Castaway Club Members, Disney Vacation Club Members, and Adventure Insiders can book beginning on December 14th.
