The restaurants at Disney’s dining and shopping district are constantly making changes to their unique menus. We found that one of the most popular restaurants there has a brand new special we had to share with you!
The Polite Pig is among the most popular counter-service restaurants at the Springs, and they just announced an all-new Chef Special — The Polite Pork Paillard.
This dish features smoked pork loin paired with a variety of delicious accompaniments. Fried shoestring potatoes, arugula, crumbled bacon, marinated tomatoes, grated parmesan cheese, and pimento bourbon aioli all work together to create a balance of sweet and savory flavors.
