Okay we’re going to let you in on a little secret here — if you want some of the best food in EPCOT, you absolutely CANNOT skip the France Pavilion.
We’re big fans of the quick service restaurant there, Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie with its delicious pastries and baked goods, and if you’re craving ice cream, there’s no better spot in the park than L’Artisan des Glaces. We recently had a pretty spectacular meal at Chefs de France as well, and Monsieur Paul is a great choice for high-end eats. But now, we’re taking you along to another restaurant in the pavilion — one you’ll find all the way in the back!
La Crêperie de Paris opened up with Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure back in 2021 and back then, we got the chance to try everything on the menu. We haven’t been back to do a proper review since, so recently we stopped by to test it out again. Did it meet our Disney food standards? Let’s find out!
Atmosphere
You’ll find La Crêperie tucked away in the back of the France Pavilion, attached to its own quick service spot, Crêpes a Emporter. You can get crêpes and galettes at either spot, but this time, I headed into the table service side for a meal.
Once you walk through the door, you’ll come to the host’s stand and you can check in for your reservation. I arrived on the tail end of the lunch rush and was seated immediately.
One thing you need to keep in mind about this restaurant is that the dining room is kinda small. It’s all one big space and based on my count, there were only 110 chairs. Reservations aren’t terribly hard to snag, but they can be tricky during busier times.
Most of the seats here are table-style, although some booths are on the opposite wall from the entrance. One whole wall of the restaurant has banquette seating. The atmosphere is really light, airy, and cheerful, but it can sometimes feel a bit stifling because the tables are pretty close together. When I had families seated on both sides of me, it was pretty cramped.
The tables are set with menus (that also serve as placemats) and then the host brings silverware along. Pretty simple, but effective.
So now that we’ve got the lay of the land, what’s on the menu?
Menu
The menu here is pretty straightforward. You have three main sections for food, as well as a variety of drink options. For starters and sides, you can choose either the Soup du Jour (soup of the day) or the Salade Maison. They also have a small prix fixe selection for a kids’ menu.
For savory items, there are six different Galettes, which are buckwheat crêpes. You can get the Classique, the Poulet, the Chevre, the Saumon, the Ratatouille, or the Savoyarde.
For sweet options, you can pick your choice of crêpe. There are different fruit and chocolate-based flavors, and then you can add toppings like whipped cream, ice cream, and sauce.
But one big draw of this menu is the Prix Fixe. For $39.95, you get your choice of soup or salad, one galette, one crêpe, and a glass of hard cider, soda, or juice.
Ultimately, if you’re getting all those things, it’s cheaper to do the Prix Fixe option. But be warned — that might be too much food!
Eats
And since I’m here to get the most bang for my buck, we’re getting the Prix Fixe! To start, I went with the soup of the day, which was a Cauliflower Soup. It’s served cold with a few croutons and oil drizzled on top and tastes just like cauliflower puree with a few spices sprinkled in.
It’s creamy and smooth in texture and even though I’m not usually a fan of cold soups, I really enjoyed it. It had a spiced flavor that could’ve come from a dash of pepper, but I’m pretty sure was mostly due to some nutmeg. It gave it a really intriguing flavor.
My one complaint about it was that there was a bit too much oil on top, and it could be a tad off-putting at times when you got a spoonful of soup that was mostly oil. I tried mixing the oil in with the soup and that seemed to help.
Now on to the main course! I’m a sucker for smoked salmon, so I ordered the Saumon Galette. It’s made with smoked salmon, creme fraiche, chives, and a lemon for garnish. The salmon was honestly SO good — served warm with a slight smokiness that wasn’t too overwhelming. You get a HUGE portion of salmon, so that’s a good deal.
The galette on its own is very soft with little crispy spots on the edges, but the flavor is very buckwheat-forward. So if you don’t like that wheaty taste, this might not be for you. Once I was in the middle of the galette, the flavors of the creme fraiche and the salmon masked the wheat flavor a little more.
The creme fraiche is tangy and rich like a thin cream cheese — smooth and warm, and the perfect complement to the salmon. The chives added a nice sharp flavor on top that was very welcome, and I squeezed the lemon all over the galette after the first few bites to get that citrus punch. All in all, I would order this again!
Finally, it’s time for dessert! I ordered the Banane Crêpe, which is made with banana and Caramel Beurre Salé. It smelled absolutely DIVINE when it arrived on my table.
The bananas were soft and mildly sweet, and the caramel isn’t anything like the overly sugared stuff you’d expect in America. It’s warm and smooth and complements the bananas well. If this were made with American caramel, I’d be sick after a few bites, but this is much more mild.
The crêpe itself is light, soft, and barely sweetened. I could eat it with just butter and a little sugar and be SO happy. Absolutely delicious.
As I mentioned above, you get a beverage included with your meal. I opted to order a Diet Coke, and my server gave me plenty of refills throughout. They also brought me a glass of water.
So should La Crêperie de Paris be on your go-to list?
Overall
First, let’s talk about the Prix Fixe meal specifically. I think this is a great deal if you’re REALLY hungry and you have a big appetite, but it might be too much food if you’re a light eater. I might could’ve handled two out of three items, but with the soup, galette, AND crêpe, I wasn’t able to finish it all. Of course, you’re welcome to take your leftovers to go, but keep in mind that you’ll have to carry them around EPCOT with you for the rest of the day.
In terms of individual items, the food here is delicious. I’ve enjoyed everything on the menu that I’ve tried in the past, but it can be a difficult choice to decide whether you should go sweet or savory when you sit down to order. The other bonus is that the galettes and crêpes are pretty big portions, so you get a lot of food without feeling too weighed down afterward.
While La Crêperie de Paris has always treated me well, I will be honest and say that it’s not my #1 recommendation for EPCOT, or even for the France Pavilion. I really enjoyed my most recent meal at Chefs de France, so that would probably be my pick if I were forced to choose between the two. However, if you’re looking to try something new or you want to just grab a yummy crêpe on a day where you’re eating a lot of festival food, it’s a great stop.
Oh, and just as a little note — this is owned by a third party, so no Disney discounts on your bill here!
Nosh or Not?
Enjoy a leisurely meal at La Crêperie de Paris if…
- You’re in the mood for crêpes. If that’s what you’re craving, there’s no better spot in EPCOT! We much prefer this restaurant to the quick service stand next door, since it has more variety.
- You want to try something new and different. It has only been around since 2021, so if you haven’t stopped by, we definitely recommend it! The atmosphere is quaint and the service was delightful.
- You want a light meal that’s relaxing in the middle of a festival day. If you’re just planning to order one crêpe or galette, the meal isn’t too heavy. Plus, you’d get the chance to sit down in the AC for a little while.
Book your reservation elsewhere if…
- You’re not a fan of crêpes or galettes. That’s the main part of their menu here, so if that’s not your vibe, you might want to pass.
- You’re searching for the absolute BEST cuisine in EPCOT. While this restaurant is usually delicious, it doesn’t stand out quite as much as some other spots in the park. Chefs de France, Le Cellier, and a few other spots all rank a little bit higher for us.

If you do the prix fixe option are you able to share it with someone? So like if I went with my sister would we be able to order one prix fixe and then just split the crepes?
Nancy M says
I love crepes both savory and sweet so this looks fantastic to me! 😋
One question though – does the adjacent quick service spot offer the same selection of crepes just in a to-go format?
Thanks!
Daughter of Olympic chef says
Yes, that’s because the caramel is a cooked sugar. Caramel like the sticky candy is cooked milk and sugar
DFB Gigi says
Hi Nancy! The table service restaurant has more crepes to choose from.
DFB Gigi says
Hi Sienna! Unfortunately, no. Your best bet would be to order from the to-go window if you’re wanting to split the cost.
Amy says
Hi, thanks for your precise information there! I’m very excited to go there soon:)
I have one question. I’m trying to reserve Crêperie through app/website, but I cannot find any availability.
(I’m going there at the beginning of September, and the other reservable restaurants are already done.)
Is there any chance to know about reservation through app to reserve Crêperie?
OR can I go there and check to possibility for reserving seat?
Thanks!
DFB Gigi says
Hi Amy! I would just keep checking and if you’re still not able to get one you can always ask if you can join a walk-up waitlist, but it’s not guaranteed.
Amy says
Hi Gigi, thank you for your response!
Noted, that sounds cool!!! I’ll keep it in mind that option 🙂
