There Are NEW 100th Anniversary Magic Shots in Two Disney World Parks!

Can you believe that the Walt Disney Company is celebrating its 100th Anniversary?

We’ve loved trying all the new snacks that have been released for the celebration, as well as checking out all the merchandise that’s released. If you’re heading into Disney World soon, don’t miss these new Magic Shots you can experience!

Disney has announced that there are two new Magic Shots available through PhotoPass in both Magic Kingdom and EPCOT. Magic Shots are essentially photos that you take in Disney World that have something special added in — sometimes it’s a Disney character or maybe a prop or confetti!

This time, the shots make it look like your photo is up on a pinboard that’s decorated with 100th anniversary-themed additions.

Anyone can experience these Magic Shots, but you’ll need to pay to download the images from the My Disney Experience App, unless you already have Memory Maker, or you’re an Annual Passholder who has PhotoPass included.

Another new Magic Shot sets your photo against an artistic background that looks like sketches of Disney characters in a notebook, with a pencil and paintbrush over the top of the photo.

Both of these new Magic Shots help tell the story of the parks and detail their history. To find the Magic Shots, just ask PhotoPass photographers if they have the shots available. They should be able to point you in the right direction! These shots are available from now through December 31st.
