There are a lot of exciting things happening in Disney World in 2024, but one thing we are especially looking forward to is the new restaurant coming to Disney’s BoardWalk.

The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers is scheduled to open in early 2024, when it will serve items for brunch, lunch, and dinner featuring both sweet and savory menus, as well as an afternoon tea service. While the restaurant was originally supposed to open in 2023, the project was delayed — but the dining location is currently making one big step toward opening.

Cake Bake Shop is actively looking for new chefs! Gwendolyn Rogers added a job post on LinkedIn regarding the roles.

According to the listing, the restaurant is looking for an Executive Chef and a Sous Chef with “high volume experience in a fine dining atmosphere.” The benefits of the 45-hour minimum per week positions include:
