We’ve got some BIG news straight from Disney Cruise Line!

As you may know, the Disney Treasure cruise ship will set sail SOON, and fans can book a vacation starting NOW! The ship is part of the Wish-class, and speaking of the Wish-class, we have some news about ANOTHER ship joining Disney Cruise Line’s impressive fleet.
Get ready, Disney fans! We’re here to officially introduce the Disney Destiny cruise ship! This will be a sister ship to the Disney Wish and Disney Treasure, and Disney revealed that the ship will have a first-of-its-kind design theme. Aboard the Disney Destiny, you’ll have to pick a side. The ship’s theme will be inspired by Heroes and Villains and will draw “on the legacies of beloved Disney stories, characters, and theme park attractions.”
According to Disney, Imagineers were “inspired by the dynamic duality of every great Disney story when developing this new ship, where opposing forces of light and dark drive characters to rise to their purpose.” Look out for both heroes and villains onboard the ship, including characters from The Lion King, One Hundred and One Dalmatians, and Hercules. Disney teased new spaces, experiences, and entertainment on the ship inspired by the heroes and villains of those popular Disney films.

Mark your calendars and start planning those trips NOW — the Disney Destiny just reached an important construction milestone — the keel laying ceremony! (This is a special tradition made to bring good luck to the ship.) Currently, the ship is scheduled for delivery in 2025 (!!!) and will join the Disney Cruise Line’s new fleet of ships, including the Disney Wish, Disney Treasure, and the Disney Adventure, which will have a homeport in Singapore.
