Ever wish you could LIVE in a gingerbread house? It would smell nice. Your walls would have free candy to enjoy whenever you want. Well, Disney is giving us the next best thing: HUGE holiday gingerbread displays inside its hotels! And some of them even serve TREATS. It’s glorious.

Grand Floridian Gingerbread House
We look forward to the annual gingerbread displays all year, and now, we have official confirmation that this beloved tradition is BACK for 2024.
One of the best parts of the holiday season in Disney World is getting to enjoy all the unique holiday decorations around the parks and resorts. Everything from Disney’s All-Star Resorts to Disney Springs gets a festive makeover, and some hotels even have their own custom gingerbread display.

Recently, Disney confirmed that the hotels will, in fact, be transformed for the holiday season again this year, so look out for grand Christmas trees inspired by your resort’s theme this winter.

While we don’t have an exact idea of what’s coming yet, Disney also teased some special holiday treats at select dining locations and shops for a limited time. We can’t WAIT to see what they cook up!

Now, let’s talk about arguably one of the most POPULAR additions each season: the gingerbread displays at various Disney hotels! Disney is keeping the details a secret (for now) but teased, “More details will be shared soon!” In the past, we’ve marveled over the iconic cottage gingerbread display at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. It’s topped with white chocolate candy canes, edible snowflakes, sugar poinsettias, and over 10,000 pieces of gingerbread. Here’s a peek at what it looked like in the past.
