We’re making a stop at The American Adventure Pavilion during the 2025 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival…
Why? Because it’s home to the Magnolia Terrace Outdoor Kitchen, one of the Festival’s Outdoor Kitchen Food Booths! The Food Booths join the Garden Rocks Concert Series, the Garden Graze food crawl, the stunning Disney topiaries and more as part of EPCOT’s spring festival. And right now, we’re checking out Magnolia Terrace so we can bring you our complete review… just like we’re doing with every single Outdoor Kitchen at the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival!
Menu
The dishes at Magnolia Terrace are inspired by the Gulf region, and include the returning Traditional Muffuletta, Spicy Chicken Gumbo, and Bananas Foster Bread Pudding. These are joined by the new Grilled Gulf Oysters this year!
The drinks feature the Spiced Rum Cocktail (previously known as the Bayou Cocktail). Beers include the Wicked Weed Brewing Twist Belgian-Style White Ale, the von Trapp Brewing Vienna Lager, and the Parish Brewing Co. Ghost in the Machine Double IPA. And you can try all three with a Beer Flight!
With that, let’s see what Magnolia Terrace has in store this year!
Eats
The Traditional Muffuletta ($6.50) is… well, it’s exactly that! The components for this classic are ham, salami, mortadella, provolone, and Swiss cheese with olive salad. Last year, we found that while the components are tasty and nicely fresh (though the cheese wasn’t thoroughly melted), the sandwich itself simply isn’t as unique as many you can find at the Festival… fortunately, that includes some items at this very booth!
The Spicy Chicken Gumbo ($6.50) also returns this year.
The Gumbo is packed with andouille sausage and long grain and wild rice. We loved this Gumbo! It tasted homemade. It is definitely on the spicy side and gets spicier the more you eat it.
The new Grilled Gulf Oysters cost $8.
The oysters are served up with cajun andouille sausage, butter, and lemon. YUM! These tasted bright and fresh, and we loved the diced-up andouille sausage on top. It looked like this was one of the most popular dishes at this booth so far! It did have a little bit of a kick, but not too much.
For dessert, the Bananas Foster Bread Pudding with rum-caramel sauce is back!
This dish costs $5. This was one of our favorites last year, and for good reason. This year, it was moist inside but still firm and had a nice texture. The bananas tasted fresh, and the rum caramel sauce was delicious! This dessert was a perfect way to end this booth. This is a heavenly little dessert — run, don’t walk to give it a try!
Drinks
You may know the Spiced Rum Cocktail by its former name of the Bayou Cocktail.
It costs $12.50 for this mix of spiced rum, coconut rum, Simply Fruit Punch, and Minute Maid Orange Juice. This drink was sweet and fruity! It had a mild alcoholic taste but didn’t blow us away in terms of flavor. For a rum punch, we thought it was very classic.
Beers drinkers may opt for the Wicked Weed Brewing Twist Belgian-Style White Ale, the von Trapp Brewing Vienna Lager (YES, the ACTUAL von Trapps!), and the Parish Brewing Co. Ghost in the Machine Double IPA (each costs $5.75 for a 6-ounce pour or $9.75 for a 12-ounce pour). A Beer Flight to try all three will run you $10.25.
OVERALL
We thought this booth was great! We loved the oysters and Gumbo and will always go for the Bananas Foster Bread Pudding.

Everything from this booth felt fresh, which is exactly what we like to taste at the Flower and Garden Festival. We didn’t fall in love with the Spiced Rum Cocktail, but we did enjoy how fruity and sweet it was. We recommend trying any of the food items this year!
Thanks for joining us at Magnolia Terrace Outdoor Kitchen! And remember, there’s a LOT more where this came from…
