When we’re at EPCOT, we love visiting The Odyssey building. Where else can you find air conditioning, bathrooms with no line, and a shortcut to Mexico all in one place?

But when we stopped by The Odyssey building yesterday, we noticed a massive change. The Odyssey building might look totally different soon!
When we stopped by The Odyssey building yesterday, we noticed that the building’s interior was completely roped off, and a new sign had been added! It reads “Light Lounge,” but Disney hasn’t announced what will be moving into The Odyssey building now that the Flower and Garden Festival is over.

We had to get a closer look, and the sign has a bunch of futuristic blue and purple triangles that give Spaceship Earth vibes. “Light Lounge at the Odyssey” is printed in bold EPCOT-themed white text in the middle of the sign.
What is Light Lounge, Disney???
While Disney hasn’t announced what’s moving into The Odyssey, we have a guess. The building is usually used as a food booth during festivals, and while there isn’t a festival in the summer, it could be a pop-up to offer more dining options during the busy season. We think Light Lounge could offer some summer-inspired light eats and drinks!
Of course, it could also just serve as an air-conditioned lounge for people to take breaks in during the hot summer months, but ultimately, we’ll have to wait and see!
