Secret menus at Disney World are hiding in plain sight, and these are the items that guests can’t stop ordering lately!

Pao de Quiejo
Secret menu items are a fun find at Disney World restaurants and lounges all over property. While not every location has some, there are a few that do, and when you find them, it feels like a little scavenger hunt. It’s always worth asking your server if they do have any secret items because you’ll never know what you can find!
Pao de Quijo
One of the more not-so-secret “secret” menu items can be found at Jungle Navigation Co., Ltd. Skipper Canteen in Adventureland at Magic Kingdom. The Pao de Queijo, or cheese bread, has been a favorite of ours here at DFB for a while!

Skipper Canteen
We’re talking about little balls of cheesy bread served alongside a poblano cream cheese and chimichurri sauce. POBLANO CREAM CHEESE?! These are SO good. We loved the sweet sauce with the slight heat from the pepper cream cheese. We don’t think it was too, too hot, so even those who are spice-aversed might enjoy it! The bread was super doughy, although not as cheesy as the Pao de Queijo we’ve had at EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival.

Secret Drinks at Polite Pig
Over at Disney Springs, one popular quick-service restaurant is actually keeping a secret—a secret drink menu! The Polite Pig is known for its delicious barbecue, but next time you stop by, head to the bar for these drinks.

The Polite Pig
You’ll need to tell the bartender “the pig sent me,” and bam! You’ll get the secret drink menu right in front of you. There are three cocktails listed on the menu, including the D3 Private Flight, a Spiced Old Fashioned, and the Black Cherry Old Fashioned.

Secret Drinks at Yak & Yeti
While you’re at Animal Kingdom, head over to the Yak & Yeti for more secret menu drinks. There are four new secret menu drinks right now:
- Camp VI made with Old Forester Bourbon, yuzu simple syrup, and habanero shrub
- Scorpion Sting made with Milagaro Tequila, Cointreau, yuzu, cucumber, lime, and siracha
- Ridgeline made with Tito’s Vodka, Licor 43, pandan extract, espresso, simple syrup
- Blueberry Zen

Yak & Yeti Restaurant bar
We recently tried the Blueberry Zen for $18, made with Tito’s Vodka, Cointreau, blueberry, lemon, pineapple, and orange citrate. The orange was really the star here! It tasted like the part of the orange where the orange ends and the rind begins. The vodka was subtle with a slight burn, and the pineapple and blueberry also had their moments to come through. The blueberry was not a main flavor, but the other ones were quite enjoyable together. It wasn’t as sweet as we might have preferred, and we wouldn’t call it a fruity drink, despite the description. That being said, if you want a simpler drink that’s pretty, this could be the one for you.

Unfortunately, the Lobster Mac and Cheese is no longer available in Tiffin’s or Nomad’s as of our visit on 6/15/26. Our server said she and the other servers hate having to tell everyone. Hopefully guest feedback will bring it back like the comeback of the Mac and Cheese at Jiko
The Pao de Quijo is amazing. We love Skipper Canteen and I’m dreaming of our next trip so we can order it again!
