A brand new holiday event has made its debut at Disney’s Hollywood Studios: Disney Jollywood Nights! Disney Jollywood Nights is a separately ticketed event that is took place on ten select nights from November 11th through December 20th, 2023. Stay tuned for 2024 dates and information!
As part of the event, guests can view the Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! nighttime fireworks and projections spectacular, enjoy exclusive treats, meet rare characters and attend exclusive shows, and more!

At to the Dockside Diner, there’s a little something for everyone! We spy with our little eye, something sweet, something savory, something plant-based, and something a little spicy!
Let’s dig in…
First up is the “something a little spicy”: Spicy Pimento-Kimchi Dip. This dish is topped with chives and served with fresh house-made wonton chips.

Next up, “something plant-based”: the Roasted Eggplant Dip. This is topped with chives and served with warm pita bread.

Now onto “something savory” — Poutine Tots! You had us at Poutine… wait, maybe you had us at Tots. Ok, let’s get real, this combo is right up our alley and there’s NO way we’re gonna miss out on this!

And last but not least, our “something sweet”: The Christmas Tree Cookie Stack. A stack of cookies? Yes, please! Vanilla cookie stack filled with pistachio buttercream, cranberry, and raspberry jam topped with sprinkles and a yellow candy star.

The Sandy Claws Hot Cocoa is a “Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas”-inspired dark chocolate hot cocoa topped with cherry whipped cream.

Holiday Fiesta en la Calle Eats — ABC Commissary
You can pop over to ABC Commissary to experience the Holiday Fiesta en la Calle! The unique offerings here embrace the spirit and culture of the Hispanic influence infused throughout California
First up is the Chicken Empanadas with Street Corn. This dish includes chicken empanadas served with a side of street corn salad topped with chili peppers, lime, and cotija cheese.
The dish (which typically consists of TWO empanadas, instead of the pictured three) is available for $6.29.
The Yuca con Chicharrón brings together fried pork belly, yuca, red pickled onions, and chili pepper-lime seasoning with a yellow pepper aïoli.
It’s available for $5.79.
ABC Commissary has some options for that sweet tooth, too. Like the Tembleque, a coconut rice pudding with caramel rum sauce and cinnamon.
A tembleque is a traditional pudding from Puerto Rico and the Caribbean that is a thickened not-too-sweet coconut dessert, typically scented with cinnamon and the subtle undertone of lime.
Is it even the holidays if you haven’t had a steaming cup of hot chocolate? Well, Jollywood Nights put its own twist on this traditional beverage with the Mexican Hot Cocoa Cheesecake. This is a spiced chocolate cheesecake on a chocolate cookie base topped with vanilla whipped cream and cocoa powder with a chocolate handle.

The non-alcoholic Mangonada is a frozen mango beverage with mango-chili pepper-lime sauce and chili pepper-lime seasoning on top.

If you want that fancy mocktail vibe without the spice of the Mangonada, then the Zero-Proof Piña Colada might be the drink you’re looking for. It is a tropical blend of Lyre’s Spiced Cane Spirit, coconut, pineapple, and lime.

Sweet AND Savory Funnel Cakes — Epic Eats
Epic Eats is serving up THREE Funnel Cakes for Jollywood Nights… and you may be a bit surprised by the variety!
The S’mores Funnel Cake is a mini-funnel cake topped with giant roasted marshmallow with chocolate and marshmallow sauce, topped with chocolate curls and… cinnamon cereal? Yes, indeed, it is!

The Spicy Korean Chicken Funnel Cake is a mini-classic funnel cake topped with spicy fried Korean chicken and pickled vegetables. This unique fusion snack is a cross between classic fair food (funnel cake) and Korean chicken and kimchi.

Specialty Cocktails — Twilight Soirée at the Tip Top Club
The Twilight Soirée at the Tip Top Club is located in the courtyard of The Hollywood Tower Hotel. Here, you can sip on cocktails as you listen to the live band known as Rachel and the Alley Cats! Those cocktails include the Sparkling Pomegranate-Apple Cider, a pomegranate-green tea drink topped with sparkling apple cider and pomegranate seeds.
Another option is the 5th Dimension Royale made with Teremana Blanco Tequila, Cointreau Liqueur, desert pear, agave nectar, and lime juice topped with Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut and garnished with a dehydrated blood orange wheel.

Round ‘Em Up Latte — Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Kiosk
