Not only have we seen many Disney Store locations being closed, but like at Disney Parks, health and safety guidelines have also started to change for guests visiting the stores.
Disney has started releasing a growing collection of new collectible keys, each themed after different movies, shows, and attractions!

From Marvel to Stars Wars to Earth Day Celebrations, Disney has been releasing all sorts of new themed collectible keys! Recently, Disney announced they would be doing the same for their new film Cruella, which comes out May 28th!

More and more of traditional brick-and-mortar experiences are moving online for Disney, from movie premieres (like Raya and the Last Dragon) to shopping.

Due to the shift to e-commerce on shopDisney and elsewhere, Disney announced that 20% of Disney stores across North America would be CLOSING, sending Disney fans into a tizzy wondering if their nearby store would be one of the affected closures. Last year, Disney CEO Bob Chapek shared that The Walt Disney Company would be shifting much of its business strategies onto direct-to-consumer segments, like streaming services. Now, another shift in business is taking place and it’s resulting in major closures.
Last year Disney gave us the Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction series, which gave a monthly merch drop based on a Disney attraction.
Stitch
This year, the new merch series is Stitch Crashes Disney, and so far it’s been pretty terrifying! This month’s release is based on Lady and the Tramp, and a few weeks ago we got our first look at Spaghetti Stitch! He landed online yesterday, but now Spaghetti Stitch has invaded Disney Stores around the country!
