Magic Kingdom
Many people rope drop this park, meaning they get there before it officially opens so they can hit the rides immediately when they open. This technique can help guests get on high-demand rides before the lines get really long. However, there are still rides you’ll want to avoid if you plan to rope drop Magic Kingdom.
We love a day in Disney World when everything goes perfectly. When we step inside the gate ready to ride some rides and everything is up and running and working properly — that is the perfect Disney morning.
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Unfortunately, that doesn’t always happen. We’ve noticed that not all the rides are morning people either. So while it can us a while to wake up and get ready, apparently some of the rides feel the same way. A few rides in Magic Kingdom clearly did not get their coffee on the morning of March 20th because several of them were temporarily closed right when we got there!
Here at DFB, we love keeping up with the progress of new attractions at Disney World. It’s so exciting to watch the magic slowly come to life!
Tron Lightcycle/Run Construction
Out of all the new attractions and restaurants coming soon to Disney World, TRON Lightcycle/Run is among the most highly anticipated.
