The restaurant replaced The Wave that used to be in the hotel’s lobby, and the 71 refers to the opening year of Disney World (and the Contemporary). If you’ve been keeping up with us, you know that we’ve really enjoyed the food at this new spot — we’ve tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and had positive experiences overall.
