  1. Kristi says

Any idea when they plan to release the full line-up since it’s starting early this year?

  2. says

Kristi — You just NEVER know. They released it last year on July 30th, but it’s always been in early July in previous years. We’ll keep you updated!

  3. Samantha says

I really hope they bring back the pulled pork slider from Hawaii!!! Soooo tasty!

  4. Sandy says

All this great food AND Mickey’ Not So Scary Halloween Party on Oct. 31st AND free dining on my first trip????…I cannot contain my excitement!!!!

  5. Summer says

Yipee! We booked our trip last week for NINE glorious days during the festival and I can’t wait…I always look forward to all of the updates that come out over the summer! We’re hoping to sign up for a handful of “experiences” that we’ve never had enough time to do in the past…the Parisian breakfast is at the top of my wish-list :) Thanks for all the info!!!

  6. RJ says

This will be my first food and wine festival. We went to the flower festival and this year they had the food and we enjoyed it so much we decided to try this festvial. I can’t wait for the list. Does this festival do the passport so you can see what everyone has?

  7. Sue Yokley says

I have never been to the Food and Wine or the flower festival in the spring. How do they work? We usually get a dining plan, can we pay with a dining plan? Or would it be a better value to pay? Are there enough samples to consider them a meal? Which booths give the best value?

  8. Nicole says

I am REALLY bummed to be missing out on this! Papas Rellenas are sooooo goooood! Maybe I’ll just have to get my mom to make me some, then put on Disney music in the background and pretend I’m in my happy place…

  9. Melisa says

Booths do not accept dining plan, everything is a la carte, but we end up eating so much in an attempt to “eat around the world”to taste everything . Best time of the year to go, and no dining reservations required! Can’t wait till Sept!!!

  10. Sarah says

    @ Sue:

For the different food festivals there are a number of extra booths set up that you don’t see other times of the year. Each booth features several different items, usually geared towards a specific country or region, and you pay for whatever items you want to try. I think just about all the food items for sale can be bought using a snack credit from the dining plan. I personally don’t think a single item would suffice as a meal, but buying several certainly would. Value is going to depend on the different offerings. If an item is only a few dollars, you may want to just pay for it. There have been items in the past though that are closer to the $5 range and above- those would be a better use of a snack credit.

  11. says

Actually, the booths DO accept Disney Dining Plan snack credits for many of the items. It really makes sense to use your snack credits for these items as they’re often $5 or more. Good value!

  12. Erin says

I’m hoping the spinach and paneer pocket is back at the Africa booth. That was a family favorite last year.

  13. Wendy says

I hope China will be back, I LOVED the Mongolian beef on a steamed bun, it is hands down my favorite thing!

  14. Kristi says

Thanks AJ! We are excited as this will be our first F&W since they bumped the date up by a week. We have read cover to cover the DFB guide from 2013 and are excited for the 2014 version :-)

  15. Shannon says

Can’t wait for the full line up. We’re going in October and are planning to do 2 days at the festival. Hope I can get through all of the booths and get my “completed” stamp in my passport! :-)

  16. Vic says

    I’m SOO excited for this!

One quick note though: could you change “Africa Booth” to “South Africa Booth”? Africa is not a country :)

  17. says

Vic — The booth actually *is* the Africa booth. Many booths (eg Terra, Patagonia, and Farm Fresh) are not countries, but instead represent regions or cultures. The photo there is from two years ago when it was the South Africa booth.

  18. Mary says

We are booked for seven nights and waiting impatiently for the guide to arrive. I am wondering if there will be any gluten free items.

  19. says

RJ — Yep! Passports have been available at the Festival Center in the past. You can pick one up to keep track of the dishes, and you can also collect stamps from each of the Booths! Makes for a fun souvenir.

  20. says

Mary — Normally there are gluten free options available, and Cast Members working the booths can tell you how to make other items gluten free by altering the way they’re ordered (leaving off a garnish or the bread, for example.)

  21. Amy says

Has there been any chatter about Party for the Senses and when the dates will be announced? Its holding up my planning!
