The 2018 Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival will run at Disneyland Resort from March 2 through April 12, 2018!
That’s SIX WEEKS of delicious California-inspired eats and drinks! Once again in 2018, the Festival will offer a daily format (instead of taking place just on the weekends as in years prior). If you’re planning a trip to Disneyland Resort, you won’t want to miss the 2018 Festival!
2018 Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival Coverage
Festival Marketplaces Booths
For 2018, the DCA Food and Wine Festival will feature over a dozen Festival Marketplaces — aka Food Booths! These booths, similar to what you find at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival, offer appetizer-sized portions of dishes as well as cocktails, beer, and wine.
We can’t wait to see what they’ll be serving up in 2018! In the meantime, you can see all of the menus — and pics of ALL the food! — from the 2017 DCA Food and Wine Festival by visiting our 2017 Main Menu Page. Be sure to click through to all of the individual pages to see photos and details about every drink and dish!
There were a TON of BRAND NEW DISHES in 2017, but we always look forward to trying returning favorites, like the White Cheddar Ale and Bacon Soup! Here’s hoping it’s back once again in 2018!
In 2017, there was an entire booth devoted to BACON love! Last year, one of the featured dishes was the Maple Bacon Whoopie Pie.
Inventive cocktails, like the Lemon Ginger Mule, are fantastic!
And it wouldn’t be a Food and WINE Festival without sampling some vino! In 2017, a Sangria Flight was available for the first time.
2018 Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival Special Events
From signature dinners to celebrity chef appearances, there will once again be tons of special, separately-ticketed Special Events to make your visit to the DCA Food and Wine Festival something extra special.
Sweet Sundays will return for 2018, where guests can learn how to make a sweet dessert with instruction from a celebrity pastry chef!
Other events will include Wine Maker Dinners and Brew Master Dinners. And new experiences will make their debut in 2018, including the Taste of the Festival.
You can find the full schedule of special events at our 2018 Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival Special Events page.
The Festival features some of the biggest superstar chefs in the world. Robert Irvine, Shaun O’Neale, and Alex Guarnaschelli have already been confirmed for 2018.
Low Cost Culinary Demonstrations and Wine and Beverage Seminars
Receive step-by-step instructions for a recipe, technique, or working with a specific ingredient from the pros! Local, visiting, and Disneyland Resort chefs present these 30-minute lessons, and guests are able to sample the completed creations. Visit our 2018 Low-Cost Seminar and Demonstrations Page, where you can view the full schedules for this year’s events.
For all events, demonstrations, and seminars, theme park admission plus the additional fee per event is required. Subject to restrictions and change or cancellation without notice. We’ll include full details here as soon as they become available.
If you have a little chef-in-the-making, you may want to know that Junior Chef will return in 2018.
Chef Goofy himself will lead this interactive experience for kids ages 3 to 11.
