5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.: Tuna Poke salad, Dragon Hand Roll (eel), California Luau Roll (lump crab), Volcano Roll (tuna), Citrus Hamachi Roll (yellow tail), Sashimi (salmon tuna), Shrimp Tempura Roll, Kona Crab Cake Roll, Nigiri (salmon, tuna, & chef’s choice), Cucumber Roll (vegetarian), and also available is a sushi combo plate.

Also served during the evening hours are tropical drinks, wine, & a variety of sake!

  • Kona Island Sushi Bar is located on the second floor of the Polynesian, close to Kona Cafe.
  • The seating area accommodates approximately 20 people; if possible, get a seat on the bar that overlooks the lush gardens & water feature outside of the resort’s entry.
