It’s time for more 2011 Epcot Food and Wine Festival booth food pictures! Let’s head over to two booths that are perfect for Friday evening Happy Hour: Germany and Brewer’s Collection!
As always, if you want to see full coverage of each booth, check out our Epcot Food and Wine Festival Booth Pages! Click on any booth or country name for detailed information, menus, photos, and prices.
Germany
Germany comes back strong once again this year! We love how they’ve moved the location of the booth back next to the Brewer’s Collection booth! They’ve placed a little biergarten between the two! Perfect!
The new item on Germany’s menu this year is the Goulash Suppe. We really enjoyed the subtle spiciness of this dish. I think this will be a winner if the days get any chillier in Orlando in November! 😉
Of course, the Sausage in a Pretzel Roll remains my favorite at this booth. The slightly spicy sausage and the saltiness of the roll make an ideal pairing.
But that strudel is delicious as well! This is quite the dessert! Luckily, you can get it in Biergarten as well! 😉
You can see more pictures, the full menu, and prices on our Germany Booth Page!
Brewer’s Collection
The proper way to do this booth is to just buy both beer flights! (See this menu to determine which is which — they look almost the same!)
Let us know in the comments which flight you liked better!
You can see more pictures, the full menu, and prices on our Brewer’s Collection Booth Page!

I can’t wait to try the goulash next weekend when I’m there. And it’s supposed to be 73 degrees as a high too! 😀
Germany was my favorite pavilion, by far. Every single item it had was excellent! Oh, and my streusel had a LOT more vanilla and caramel topping, thankfully!
I had the Nürnberger Sausage in a Pretzel Roll last year and it was so good I had to go back for seconds! yum!!
I have the Nürnberger Sausage in a Pretzel Roll on my list of foods to try. I’m still disappointed they don’t have the Spätzle Gratin with Ham and Cheese on the menu this year. That was one of my favorites last year.
The Smoked Wheat beer was great. We ended up giving away the pilsner.
Silly question, but how do they expect you to carry three beers? Hopefully there is a carrier of some sort involved. Beer flights are great if served tableside but I always seem to have a problem balancing my food and drink purchases at the fest.
Pudge — This is where I tout that I was using a TRAY…that that I bought at TARGET…for $.99!!! Best purchase ever. ;-D
So ingenious AJ, love it! Something else to add to the contents of my backpack! 😉
Pudge — I DID carry it in my backpack; perfect fit!
We had the sausage. The sausage was good, but I thought that the pretzel bread was a little stale.
