Last year marked the debut of a new Holiday event in Disney World’s Hollywood Studios: a Flurry of FUN! Once again this year, the Studios has all sorts of festive fun in store this season, and it all kicks off on November 8th.
But the FOOD that goes hand in hand with the FLURRY is showing up in the park RIGHT NOW (and some of the evening entertainment is even kicking off tonight)! So let’s get this Flurry started!
Cinnamon Cran-Apple Lunch Box Tarts
If you stop by Woody’s Lunch Box, you’ll not only see the new and super fun decorations in Toy Story Land…
… you’ll also be able to order up a seasonal Cinnamon Cran-Apple Lunch Box Tart!
At $3.29, the Cinnamon Cran-Apple Lunch Box Tart is filled with a spiced cran-apple filling and topped with gorgeous candy decor and a tiny toasted marshmallow!
Hot Cocoa Flight
The favorite Hot Cocoa Flight is back at Fairfax Fare and Dockside Diner!
BUT, it’s a slightly different trio from last year… Enjoy Baileys and Hot Chocolate with cinnamon, Vanilla Vodka and Hot Chocolate and Cherry Bourbon and Hot Chocolate in this year’s hot chocolate flight! Pick this one up (and we DO recommend that you do) for $12.00.
Again, that’s Bailey’s with cinnamon Hot Cocoa…
… Hot Cocoa with Stoli Vanilla…
… and Black Forest Cherry Bourbon with Hot Cocoa.
Need we say more 🙂 ? Well, we did! Check out our review here!
By the way, at Dockside Diner, you’ll also find the Frostbite cocktail!
It’s Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Bols Blue Curacao, cranberry juice, and sweet-and-sour… all with a glow cube!
Chocolate Chestnut Pinecone
At Backlot Express, they’ve got a surprise: new Chocolate Chestnut Pinecones!
They are $5.79 (or a Disney Dining Plan snack credit). And they. are. COOOOOOL.
See our review of this tasty treat here!
P.S. You’ll also find Frozen “Hot” Cocoa at Backlot, too! AND at ABC Commissary.
Chocolate Mousse Present
has got another present for ya…
And that’s the Chocolate Mousse Present!
This purple present made of mousse sits atop a cookie base.
Festive Holiday Popcorn
Look for a Holiday Popcorn Mix at Popcorn Stands around the park, like the Hot and Fresh popcorn stands.
This mix returns with red and green m&ms, chocolate chips, and nuts, and features caramel popcorn this year (an update — and improvement! — over last year’s buttered popcorn base).
It remains drizzled with chocolate!
You can also enjoy the Festive Popcorn at BaseLine Tap House with a brew!
By the way… the Santa Alien Popcorn Buckets were already sold out by midday, but keep your eyes and antennas peeled, because there may be more on the way!
Eggnog Panna Cotta
Over at Catalina Eddie’s you’ll find a new treat — Eggnog Panna Cotta — this year!
This treat is topped with raspberries and creme.
And this tasty little dish is a surprise hit this year! Check out our review!
This can be all yours for $4.99.
Strawberry Mint
Also at Fairfax Fare you’ll find Strawberry Mint Creme.
It presents Marinated Strawberries in Peppermint Creme for $4.99.
It’s nicely packed with strawberries.
But from a flavor perspective, we’re still going for that Egg Nog Panna Cotta!
Santa Macarons
Stop by Oasis Canteen for their holiday offering!
Santa Macarons can be found at the park’s Funnel Cake home!
Five merry Macarons are presented in the container.
The center is a chocolate cream with nuts.
Tasty and festive — you can see our review here!
Holiday Popup Bar Cocktails
Hollywood Studios is known for hosting Popup Bars that POP UP around the park, serving up seasonal beverages.
Look for Christmas on the Beach…
… and a Holiday Mule. Both come complete with glow cubes!
Winterberry Margarita
Speaking of cocktails, stop by Rosie’s All-American Cafe (or ABC Commissary) for a Winterberry Margarita!
You’ll notice the Mickey Ornament Stein is here, too!
Mickey Shortbread Cookies
has added some super cute cookies to their regular ice cream menu.
The Shortbread Cookies are Santa Mickey-shaped, and enhanced with chocolate ears!
Look at the detail on these!
Find these at the Grand Avenue Snack Cart, too!
Prep and Landing Cupcakes
are back in honor of the Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! fireworks spectacular’s return! They’re still gingerbread, but they’ve got a whole new red-icing makeover this year!
As in REEEEAAALLLY red!
But that’s not the only thing that’s different… read about what else has changed with this cupcake here!
Find them at Rosie’s All-American Cafe.
Spiced Chocolate Verrine
Also at Rosie’s All-American Cafe is the Spiced Chocolate Verrine.
This trifle-style dessert is topped with homemade cinnamon marhsmallows and chocolate cake surrounding the verrine.
Caramel Eclair
upped its offerings for the Flurry with a Caramel Eclair.
Many thanks to DFB Reader Jason D. for sharing these pics with us!
Gingerbread Mickey Pops
And the Hollywood Studios traditional Gingerbread Mickey Pops can be found at Anaheim Produce!
Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! Dessert Party
And remember, you can still reserve spots for the Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! Dessert Party.
Dates, prices, and inclusions can all be found here.
Stay tuned to DFB for MORE Flurry of Fun Treats As They’re Announced!
Sunset Seasons Greetings, Minnie’s Holiday Dine, Toy Story Land Decorations, and More!
Sunset Season’s Greetings
will bring snow, moving billboards, and holiday projections to the Hollywood Tower Hotel on Sunset Boulevard; and the Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! Holiday Nighttime Spectacular will make it’s return, too.
Don’t forget Minnie’s Holiday Dine for guests with Advance Dining Reservations for lunch and dinner at Hollywood & Vine! See a Minnie’s Holiday Dine Review here!
And Meet and Greets with Santa Claus will also be available in the Studios this season!
Look for an extra festive Echo Lake this year, with even more holiday decorations.
And NEW this year, Toy Story Land joins in the fun with sights and sounds for the season!
Special decorations can be found throughout the new land, and Woody, Jessie, and Buzz don festive gear for their Meet and Greets!

Thanks for these AJ! I saw the Alien popcorn bucket today, on a guest in Epcot..totally cute! As soon as i saw the frosting on that prep and landing cupcake, i knew you were gonna not like it. I would agree even without eating it.
Nicole says
Strawberry and mint sounds like an awful combo.
Anna says
Is the caramel popcorn made like the kind in California Adventure? Or is it different?
traci says
Can you buy the drinks without the glo cube and reduce the price? There are a couple that look good to me, but 30-45 for drinks is a bit much!
DFB Sarah says
Traci, when we’ve ordered the drinks without a glow cube, the drink has cost $1 less.
DFB Sarah says
Anna, it’s different but tasty!
Steve says
It was probably because it was the first day. Ordered the eggnog Panna Cotta. The cashier didn’t know what it was and said it wasn’t sold at cantina eddie’s. I pointed it out on his menu
When I got to the window they said I was at the wrong booth and insisted that there was no eggnog Panna Cotta sold at cantina eddies. They called a manager and the manager straightened the crew out pointing to the open window refrigerator unit to the left of the booth.
So minor mixup but they were insistent that there was no egg nog sold and were going to refund my money.
DFB Sarah says
Steve, I’m glad you pursued it! Hopefully they’ll get all the cast members on the same page!
