Hey everybody! It’s time for another roundup of What’s New at Hollywood Studios!
This is where we take you on a virtual walk around Disney World’s Hollywood Studios to see what’s new with construction, food, and merch!
Hollywood Studios is rolling out the red carpet for us, so let’s get started!
Construction Update at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
First, we took a stroll down Sunset Boulevard to see how many stars we could spot! No, not movie stars, but Christmas stars! Yup, that’s right — Hollywood Studios is already decorating for Christmas and it’s not even November!
We were also witnesses to an accidental blizzard when one of the snoap machines malfunctioned! In case you slept on it, click here to read and see photos of the bizarre blizzard that happened earlier this week!
Then marquee on Legends of Hollywood is sporting a new look. It now reads Sparkle on Sunset Boulevard!
Also, a new billboard has gone up outside of Sunset Ranch Market. We’re thinking this may be used during the annual Sunset Seasons Greetings show, which we cannot wait to watch in just a few short weeks.
Yup, Christmas officially begins at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on November 8th! Can you believe it?!
Food Update at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Time to check out the latest food news at Hollywood Studios!
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo has been making a lot of strange changes to their breakfast, lunch and dinner menus lately. First, we noticed all of the Star Wars-themed language had been removed from the lunch and dinner menu items. Then, they also slightly tweaked the names of their breakfast options, but these new names kept some Star Wars flare? We’re just as confused as you probably are!
Docking Bay 7 has also taken this opportunity to upgrade their overnight oats situation. The oats formerly known as Rising Moons Overnight Oats are now going by the moniker Tuggs’ Overnight Oats. And while the oats are still available at Oga’s Cantina and Ronto Roasters, Docking Bay 7’s are distinctively different — they now include a mango fruit smoothie, fancier presentation, and cost $10.99 (that’s 4 bucks more than the ones you can get at Oga’s Cantina and Ronto Roasters!)
Both Oga’s Cantina and Ronto Roasters have also changed the name of their overnight oats to Tuggs’ Overnight Oats, but they’re still serving them in to-go cups with the fruit piled on top (like the original Rising Moons Overnight Oats) for $7!
All these crazy space oats are making need some retail therapy! Time to hit up the shops at Hollywood Studios!
Merchandise Update at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Celebrity 5 & 10
At Celebrity 5 & 10 we spotted these adorable new Mickey and Minnie Keychain Purses!
Each one has a cute zipper pouch with a clip to fasten onto your backpack or purse strap! How perf is this Mickey Keychain Purse!
And the Minnie Keychain Purse is TOTES ADORBS! How can we resist this level of cuteness?
These look as if they’d be perfect for holding earbuds or charging cables, which always seem to get buried in our bags!
Legends of Hollywood
We also spotted the new retro-inspired Mousercise collection at Legends of Hollywood. We first spotted this line in Disneyland and more recently at Disney World!
This collection has us ready to pump up the jams while we pump some iron! We love this adorable Boom Box Fanny Pack for $26.99!
And here’s the ONE THING we’ve been holding our breath in hopes it would be added to the Mousercise line — the Mousercise Sweatband!!! For $13.99, this headband is totally rad!
Will there be matching Mousercise wristbands, soon? We certainly hope so, but hey, we’ll settle for just the Mousercise Sweatband!
Once Upon a Time
Check out this sweet Cookie Num Num Shirt for $24.99! This would look so cute with the new Edna Mode MagicBand we spotted earlier this week in Disney World!
Beverly Sunset Boutique
At Beverly Sunset Boutique we saw some new Toy Story Land merch! Check out this new Toy Story Land Shirt for $24.99!
Love the graphics of Buzz and the Green Army Men on its front!
Meanwhile, the bottom of the shirt features Slinky Dog dashing along his track with Jessie and Woody!
We also spotted two new Toy Story Land Baseball Caps for $27.99! The navy blue cap featured colorful contrast stitching, embroidered with the Toy Story Land logo!
But we’re kinda obsessing over the light blue hat which features clouds like Andy’s room!
And the underside has a secret surprise! Oh look, it’s Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Slinky, Wheezy, and an Alien pal, all just chillin’ up under there!
Well, friends, that’s all for this installment of What’s New in Hollywood Studios — until next time! We’ll be back soon with more merch, food, and construction updates for ya!
