The chatter lately has been when exactly Epcot’s new out-of-this-world themed restaurant, Space 220, will be opening. We recently discovered that the restaurant could possibly be slated for a February 2020 launch.

We’ve seen shifts in command as the restaurant lost its Executive Chef, but progress has been made as the full restaurant staffing process has begun, according to listings on the Patina Group website.
It appears that our clearance for launch may be closer than we think with the discovery of an updated Epcot Park Guidemap.

In addition to the guide reflecting changes across Epcot, it also added Space 220 to its listings. Next to its listing, it states that the restaurant is “Opening Early 2020” and will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast in space…we’re HERE FOR IT! Additionally, the pricing scale is listed as $$-$$$, landing it in the mid to high price level range.
Disney has given us a preview of what will be served when guests take to the skies with Space 220. According to Disney, they will offer internationally-inspired cuisine along with more than 1,000 bottles of the world’s finest wines and a wide selection of craft beer. Since this is all we really know we cannot wait to see what they come up with for breakfast!!

Can’t wait, and again was hoping for Dec launch but oh well March it is. Curious as to what the menu will include. 1000 bottles of wine is serious Wine Bar George level! Definitely booking March and May trip reservations here when it becomes available.

I noticed on your map. That Innoventions West, has already been removed. Disney, must be moving quickly.
Did they really change the orientation of the map? It was kind of confusing with spaceship earth at the top of the map. Now if they can fix Hollywood studios map that would be great.
