Now there’s even more places to take in the big game in Disney World!
We enjoy watching football games at the ESPN Club on Disney’s BoardWalk (which you can read more about here), but sometimes ESPN Club can get super crowded during those big Sunday games. But now, there’s another location on Disney’s BoardWalk that has opened its doors open for Sunday football!
We were spending our Sunday afternoon strolling around the Boardwalk when we noticed a surprising light-up sign and some inviting open doors. That’s right, Atlantic Dance Hall is showing NFL games on Sundays for the season!
Of course, we had to step inside and sure enough, we found a bunch of people watching that Seahawks versus Eagles wildcard game on a big projector screen!
We talked to some of the Cast Members there (who were all wearing ESPN Club costumes) and they told us that the Hall was opened to accommodate overflow from ESPN Club since it gets SO popular during big games.
The Hall isn’t serving food, but you can bring food in so saddle up to the Pizza Window or Ample Hills Creamery and grab your fave snack before heading over.
Aaaaand, even though they don’t have the food they do have a bar which is almost as good IMO. Take your pick from a variety of bottled/canned beers, some tap beers, and a full-service liquor bar. Wowza.
So no worries if you can’t make it to ESPN Club early enough to grab a seat, instead, swing on over to Atlantic Dance Hall so you don’t miss even a single field goal. The space will be showing football every Sunday until the Superbowl!

They called me and told me they are playing the Monday night LSU game there as well. How early do you suggest we get there for seats? Would you recommend this over splitsville for game watching atmosphere?Thank you!!
Erica, hard to say about seats since it is so new. Probably you’re okay getting there within an hour before the game, but that’s just a guess from me based on how relatively unknown the spot still is. Splitsville is likely a bit more energetic, if you prefer that kind of environment.
