We’ve been watching a ridiculous amount of movies on Disney+ recently (how can we resist cuddling up with a blanket and our pets to watch Onward??).

Since we’ve been chilling at home, baking some goodies, and doing some DIY home improvements, we’ve noticed quite a trend in what Disney characters we find ourselves relating to most.

So, while you might be feeling a little bit differently than us (like Inside Out says, we all have different emotions driving our controls! ;D ), we can’t help but feel like these 10 Disney movie quotes are our honest truths right now.

For those of us who have been chilling at home alone, we totally understand how Elsa felt during the majority of Frozen. And, honestly, we’d give anything to build our own magical, talking snowman like Olaf right now for some warm hugs!

Anybody else keep hearing the Jeopardy song in their heads as another day goes by?? Just us?

“When will my life begin?” – Tangled 

Since we aren’t sure when we’ll be able to explore our big, blue, beautiful world again with stay at home orders, restaurant shut-downs, and the Disney Parks closures, we’ve really been spending most of our time lounging about in sweatpants (eating Disney recipes all day long). This next quote SPEAKS TO US right now.

But, even though we might not be looking our best right now, we know that we’ll feel fabulous again once we have our favorite pair of Minnie Ears on! Truthfully, we’re feelin’ pretty Heimlich-y right now!!

Whether you’re surrounded by your family members or your swarm of pets, it’s very easy to get annoyed being in such a small space with everyone. We never thought we’d understand Scar from the Lion King on a deep level, but we’re REALLY feeling this sentiment right now.

And, we’re pretty much all at that point where the way someone chews or breathes can set us off. May we suggest a calming circle alone…away from all your kids…with a glass of wine?? 😉

We’ve been trying to get as much Vitamin D as possible by relaxing in our backyards. But, we’ve MAJORLY been missing those days walking down Main Street, U.S.A., or strolling around the World Showcase. Quasi knows what we’re talkin’ about… .

Speaking of the parks, Trixie from Toy Story 4 totally gets us when it comes to figuring out when the Disney Parks and Resorts will reopen. Although we “have all the questions,” we can say that we’ve at least been watching all the Toy Story movies back to back daydreaming about Slinky Dog Dash.

Edna would probably be so ashamed of how we look in our unwashed hair, days-old PJs, and cake batter covered face…even though we don’t even feel the slightest bit guilty (#sorrynotsorry).

Yes, we’ve been making plenty of Disney cocktails. Yes, we’ve had to use Target drive-up for more wine. No, we don’t regret it at all. This is what we DO now. 😉

While we’ve been making DIY Cinderella Castles, creating our own Adventure Books, and fixing up our houses, we have to remind ourselves that we’re doing it for fun!

Although this time is really trying right now, the Fairy Godmother has the best advice we all have to consider. Things might seem a bit strange since this is something we haven’t experienced before, but we just have to keep remembering that there’s a little bit of magic in everything (and thank goodness for that)!

Although we’re having ALL the feels during this time at home, we’re still happy to be able to kick back and relax with some entertaining Disney activities! On top of rewatching some of the best Disney movies, we’ve been pulling out old family photos, making Orange Bird treats, going on virtual vacations, and more!
