In our efforts to keep you as informed as possible with which Disney Springs restaurants will be reopening on May 20th, we’re also keeping you in the loop with those that are not.

Jaleo

Today, a representative from Jaleo by José Andrés told us they are currently formulating a plan for their tentative reopening which is “still to be determined.”

“We are working towards a phased reopening of the restaurant once we can ensure it is safe for both our staff and our guests. Jaleo at Disney Springs will not reopen on May 20th, though we are actively working on solutions to help us reopen our doors safely. We’ll be sure to let you know when we are ready to welcome guests back,” the Jaleo spokesperson said.

And while yesterday we noticed Jaleo along with several other third-party restaurants are now accepting reservations starting June 1st, this might not be indicative that these dining locations will reopen on that date. Don’t worry — we’ll announce when Jaleo officially confirms when they’ll be opening back up!

During this time, Disney Springs will be implementing new health and safety procedures. Many locations have shared how they plan to implement these procedures as well. We will continue to update you as we navigate this new situation, so stay tuned for updates.
