Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort will reopen to guests on October 14th.
You may recall that just last summer, the addition of the Gran Destino Tower brought new dining options (along with over 500 rooms) to this Resort. And today brings news about which dining locations — both in the Tower and throughout the rest of the Resort — will reopen to guests at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort next week.
As listed on the Walt Disney World website, the following dining options will be available for guests:
The website also states that “Hours of operation[for these locations] will be provided during your stay.”
Five locations are NOT currently on the list for reopening. These include:
It is worth mentioning that we noticed something unusual on Disney’s web page for Rix Sports Bar & Grill.
The location has hours listed for breakfast, which is not a typical offering at this location (though no breakfast menu is provided at press time).
Perhaps this option will be presented since El Mercado de Coronado — the Resort’s primary Counter Service location — is not listed among the opening options.
We will keep you posted on any changes on this list, and we’ll look forward to bringing you coverage from Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort soon!
