It’s no secret that we love trying new things at DFB. And there’s nothing like a little heat to add extra flavor, right?

Spicy Kenyan Vegan Corn and White Beans with Pigeon Peas, Quinoa & Ancient Grains Medley and Kachumbari Slaw (Plant-based)
When it comes to heat, we’ve tried a variety of spicy foods at Disney World, from spicy steak bowls to spicy cheese sticks to spicy margaritas. So when Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza announced its Blazin’ Hot Chicken Pizza, we knew it was calling our name!
We headed over to Disney Springs to try it out. LOOK AT THIS BABY. And yes, we got a SECRET menu side salad, too!
The pizza is made with ghost pepper chicken meatballs, scorpion pepper-infused power greens slaw, and a Franks RedHot finish. So that sounds pretty spicy, right? And Cast Members even recommended we get ranch dressing on the side to take some of the heat from the pizza’s flavor. So we’ll admit, we were a little scared to bite into it!
But we did — for science! And honestly, we didn’t think it was that spicy! By Disney standards, it’s certainly got a kick, but we happen to love spicy food! So we were very into it. We also loved the slaw and wished we had asked for more as was also recommended to us. It adds a great crunch to each slice.
We also ordered the Caprese Salad with Ovalini Mozzarella on the side. Now, this wasn’t on the posted menu at Blaze, so you will need to ask for it. and it was pretty tasty, too. It was super fresh (very important with a salad) and had HUGE chunks of cheese (very important to us!). The balsamic glaze dressing was also yummy.
So if you’re afraid to try the Blazin’ Hot Chicken Pizza and don’t mind a “little” heat, we don’t think it’s that spicy, so go for it! The pizza is $10.45 and the salad is $5.95.
We’ll be sure to keep our eyes peeled for more spicy food, and when we find it, we’ll let you know what we think!
